Thank you for shopping with Timeapart. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. Final Sale Policy
All sales made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Delayed shipping outside of our control
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in colour, print, distressing, washing, or garment finish intended as part of the product design
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details prior to completing their purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Returns will only be considered where an item has been materially damaged during shipping or arrives with a manufacturing defect.
To submit a claim, customers must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide the order number
- Provide clear photographic evidence of:
- The damaged item
- The original packaging
- The shipping label
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may be denied at our sole discretion.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return assessment:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- The item must remain in its original condition with all original tags and packaging
- The damage must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery
We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.
4. Resolution
If a claim is approved, Timeapart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Replace the item, subject to stock availability; or
- Issue store credit equal to the original purchase value
Refunds to the original payment method will not be provided except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
